ABCA Equal Opportunity Statement

The American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) is committed to providing equal employment and membership opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics. In addition to federal law requirements, the ABCA complies with applicable state and local laws governing nondiscrimination in employment in every location in which the company has facilities or events. This policy applies to all terms and conditions of employment or membership, including recruiting, hiring, placement, promotion, termination, layoff, recall, transfer, leaves of absence, compensation, training and acceptance.

The ABCA expressly prohibits any form of workplace harassment based on race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status. Improper interference with the ability of ABCA's employees to perform their job duties may result in discipline up to and including discharge. These terms apply to both employment as well as membership in the ABCA.

ABCA Statement on Racial Injustice

There is zero place for racial injustice within the American Baseball Coaches Association. The ABCA consists of a diverse group of coaches from around the World and together we have a responsibility and are taking action to denounce any kind of racism or prejudice not only in our sport but in society.

The ABCA embraces inclusivity regardless of race, cultural and socioeconomic background. We are committed to working alongside our coaches within all levels of amateur baseball, many of whom serve as leaders in their communities, to invoke positive change in communities around our nation and the World.
